How do I place an order?
Search or browse for your product, open the product page, then Buy now (single item) or Add to cart (several). At checkout enter your details and pay the advance delivery charge to confirm.
Why is the delivery charge paid in advance?
The advance delivery charge is what confirms your order and starts processing. The product price itself may be cash on delivery depending on the item and location.
How much is delivery?
Inside Dhaka is a flat rate; outside Dhaka is a little higher. Heavy or large equipment has an additional handling surcharge. The exact amount is shown at checkout once you pick your district.
Which payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer and card. Cash on delivery may be available for the product price on eligible orders.
Are the products original?
Yes. Every unit is sourced through authorised distribution and comes with warranty registration.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your Order ID (ZMD-XXXXXX) from your confirmation.
Can I get an invoice for my institution?
Yes. Add your organisation name in the order notes, or request a quote first.
